I have spent almost three decades in technology, working across ISP and hosting, managed IT services, and enterprise consulting. I have helped businesses at every stage figure out where technology fits and how to make it work without creating more problems than it solves.

I started Ditto because most businesses know AI can help them, but nobody is actually building the systems properly. The technology is ready. What is missing is someone who understands both the tech and the day to day reality of running a business. We build private AI systems, integrate them into what you already use, govern them so nothing fires without human approval, and manage everything month to month.

Accounting was the natural starting point because the problems are universal and the workflows are well defined. Every firm with more than a handful of clients deals with the same grind. But the platform we have built scales across sectors, and the approach works anywhere there are repetitive, rule based processes that should not require human effort.
